Frozen shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis) is a painful, inflammatory condition that causes stiffness in the shoulder resulting in loss of movement. It occurs most often in people between 40 to 60 years old and is very common among women.

By using proven deep, stimulating massage techniques remedial massage therapy is an effective treatment for improving frozen shoulder mobilisation - helping to relieve tightness in the muscles, inflammation and pain.
